Tinos3 is undergoing a complete rewrite

Hi!

Recently, I came to the decision that Tinos3 needs a complete rewrite. This is a major step forward for the project, but it will also affect the current development process.

As a result, the following changes will take place:

• All current issues and pull requests will be closed. The existing reports and contributions may no longer be applicable to the rewritten implementation.
• The main repository will be frozen. No updates will be made until the rewrite is complete.
• Support for Tinos3 0.1 will be discontinued. The current version will no longer receive support.
• Development updates will be paused. I won't be posting regular status updates for a while as I focus on the rewrite.

I understand that this will cause delays, and I'm sorry for the disruption. However, I believe this rewrite is a necessary step for Tinos3 as a whole and will provide a better foundation for its future development.

Thank you to everyone who has followed Tinos3 and its development so far. I really appreciate the interest and support the project has received.
